Key Responsibilities
• Managing all project-related activities from initial planning to completion
• Organizing and documenting internal meetings
• Resource planning
• Supporting VFI’s Project Leaders and Senior Management as required
• Providing ongoing communication with project stakeholders
• Representing VFI and its projects at meetings and international conferences
• Managing communication with external funders, stakeholders and organizations
• Supporting grant writing, communication, and business development activities

Qualifications and Requirements
• Higher university degree, preferably in Life Sciences
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to work within a multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent organization skills, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Excellent standard of both written and spoken English
• Experience working within projects and collaborating with scientific teams
• Experience in vaccine development (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in writing scientific manuscripts and grant applications (preferred but not essential)

Working conditions
• Primary place of work may be onsite in VFI’s Geneva facility, however, predominantly remote working
from another European location is also possible when accompanied by monthly travel to Switzerland
(10%)
• Full-time, part-time and consultancy-based employment will be considered
