Before your event is published on our well-visited website, please check, if it meets these criteria:
You were in direct contact with us and we agreed that you can publish your event (e.g. you have a co-promotion agreement with us)
Your event is part of the Swiss Biotech Association Academy or is relevant for the whole biotech community in Switzerland. We do not promote purely regional or company marketing/investor events
Your events is organized professionally, i.e. it is associated with and/or supported by scientific, medical or chemistry organizations
All needed event data is submitted, incl. a picture, illustrating the event
We reserve the right to decide whether an event is published
If your event meets the event publishing rules, we will happily publish it within 5-10 working days.
Step 1: Sign in & add listing
As a member of the Swiss Biotech Association you are (or one of your colleagues is) a registered user for our website. Sign in (top right) and choose the «Add listing» button top right on any page on our website. If you do not know who from your company has access to our website, you first have to register as a new user with your company name.
Step 2: Choose «Event»
Choose «Event» as the desired new listing
Step 3: Select unlimited listing package
As a Swiss Biotech Association member, you profit from unlimited event listings for free. Choose «use existing package».
Step 4: Enter your event data & submit
Enter your event data, add an illustrative cover picture, and submit at the end of the entry mask. If your event meets the event publishing rules, we will happily publish it within 5-10 working days.
You can amend your info, once your event is published, provided that you login the same way as you created your account.
However, we will always check your changes before anything is published. This takes up to 10 working days, so you best make sure to only update your published event, if it is really necessary (also see our guideline for entering ideal event data).
