E-Blocks Gene Fragments are uniquely suited for high-throughput screening (HTS), especially for antibody discovery workflows. They allow for convenient cloning of the antibody of choice and are also useful for a variety of in vitro selection techniques like phage display.
The new longer e-Blocks Gene Fragments are up to 1500 bp in length. This increase in length allows researchers to generate larger libraries of more complex antibody fragments, which may result in the discovery of higher-affinity antibodies with greater specificity.
